Abstract
The purpose of this article is to describe the behavior of the main areas where the RSU acting at the University of San Buenaventura Cartagena, not without knowing the terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in order to sequentially address the term of RSU, it is merely that certain policies and terms with ethical, social and philanthropic stripped some reason term. To reach its aims, is taken as an object of research at the University of San Buenaventura sectional Cartagena / Colombia, with a delimitation of time comprise the period 2013-2015 and documents of scientific references, books and electronic media are used, which allow knowledge base and better targeting of the online inquiry, examining the management developed organizational, educational, cognitive and social dependence on the institution for RSU, and also have a great depth descriptive.

El propósito del presente artículo es describir el comportamiento de las principales áreas donde actúa la RSU en la Universidad de San Buenaventura Cartagena, no sin antes conocer los términos de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE), para así abordar de manera secuencial el término de RSU, que no es más que, ciertas políticas y términos con razón ético, social y despojados un poco del término filantrópico. Para llegar a los fines propuestos, se toma como objeto de investigación la Universidad de San Buenaventura seccional Cartagena /Colombia, con una delimitación de tiempo que comprenderá el periodo 2013 a 2015 y se utilizaran documentos de referencias científicas, medios electrónicos y libros, que permitirán fundamentar el conocimiento y un mejor direccionamiento de esta línea indagación, examinando la gestión desarrollada de dependencia organizacional, educativo, cognitivo y social por la institución en materia de RSU, y además tendrá una gran profundización de tipo descriptivo.
