Abstract
The construction of this building aims to provide a solution to the lack of recreation spaces for the elderly in the conquering neighborhood of the city of Medellín, because this is a neighborhood where the majority of its population is between 50 and 70 years of age, which is equivalent to 74% according to DANE studies. Through this project, it is intended to provide the elderly with a space in which they feel identified, where they receive the attention and love that for different reasons they have lost little by little, where they can experience sensations of comfort and that they manage to convert it. in his second home

La construcción de este edificio tiene como objetivo brindarle solución a la carencia de espacios de recreación para el adulto mayor en el barrio Conquistadores de la ciudad de Medellín, ya que es un barrio donde la mayoría de su población se encuentra entre los 50 y 75 años de edad, el cual equivale al 74% según estudios de DANE. Por medio de este proyecto se pretende brindar al adulto mayor un espacio en el cual se sienta identificado, en donde reciba la atención y el amor que por diferentes razones lo han perdido poco a poco, en donde pueda experimentar sensaciones de confort y que logren convertirlo en su segundo hogar
