Abstract
The project is based on the current environmental contamination situation in the city of Medellín, which has forced the institutions to adopt strategies, policies, preventive measures, among other alternatives that aim to reduce the use of the automobile as a means of transportation, inviting all the actors on the road to transport themselves more sustainably; for example, the peak and environmental plaque, which by means of informative elements and sanctions to the offenders of this measure, invite the citizen to desist from the private vehicle and resort to the use of public transport, or share the private vehicle with other passengers, or adopt the bicycle for transport or economic incentives and benefits from public and private companies to employees who are transported to work by bicycle. Despite these actions, the citizen of Medellín finds it difficult to adopt the bicycle for transport, due to factors independent of geodemographic factors, such as the lack of interconnection of the bicycle path, the lack of a luminaire for it, and the lack of signaling of the same; and especially the road insecurity that occurs in the intersections and intersections where cyclists, pedestrians and motorists come together, these being the points of greatest mortality and morbidity of cyclists in the city. For this reason, an urban system was designed to illuminate the cycle path, inform the cyclist of the traffic light status, reduce the speed of the cyclist and provide the cyclist with support for the foot when waiting. It consists of a support element to the foot, which has integrated lighting and in turn is visually supported from the technique of 3D painting on the bicycle, inviting the bicycle user through it to reduce their speed and then make use of the element

El proyecto parte de la situación de contaminación ambiental actual en la ciudad de Medellín, la cual ha obligado a la institucionalidad a adoptar estrategias, políticas, medidas preventivas, entre otras alternativas que apuestan a disminuir el uso del automóvil como medio de transporte, invitando a todos los actores de la vía a transportarse más sosteniblemente; por ejemplo, el pico y placa ambiental, que por medio de elementos informativos y sanciones a los infractores de esta medida, invitan al ciudadano a desistir del vehículo particular y recurrir al uso del transporte público, o compartir el vehículo particular con otros pasajeros, o adoptar la bicicleta para el transporte o incentivos económicos y beneficios desde las empresas públicas y privadas hacia los empleados que se transportan al trabajo en bicicleta. A pesar de estas acciones, al ciudadano de Medellín se le dificulta adoptar la bicicleta para el transporte, por factores independientes a lo geodemográfico, como la falta de interconexión de la cicloruta, la carencia de luminaria para ésta, y la escasez de señalización de la misma; y especialmente la inseguridad vial que se presenta en los cruces e intersecciones en la que confluyen ciclistas, peatones y motorizados, siendo estos los puntos de mayor mortalidad y morbilidad de ciclistas en la ciudad. Por ello se diseñó un sistema urbano que ilumina la cicloruta, informa al ciclista el estado del semáforo, reduce la velocidad del ciclista y le brinda a éste, un apoyo para el pie en el momento de espera. Está conformado por un elemento de apoyo al pie, que tiene iluminación integrada y a su vez se soporta visualmente desde la técnica de la pintura 3D sobre la cicloruta, invitando al biciusuario por medio de ésta a reducir su velocidad y posteriormente hacer uso del elemento
