Abstract
This research focuses on residential buildings, the most common buildings and with the greatest environmental impacts on the planet. It is intend-ed to project a collective housing, with bioclimatic comfort for a population in conditions of vulnerability and scarce resources, in order not only to provide them with a decent home, but also to offer them a sustainable habitat, which in the distant future Do not immediately increase the expense generated by the high demand for public services consumption, since a poorly implemented building, with poor orientation, little sun protection, can significantly increase energy consumption through active installations. Said house will also take into account many aspects offered by the context and the needs of the user himself, so that the building responds adequately to the specific requirements of the community, but at the same time, with the environmental conditions of the environment, providing the user ultimately a low-consumption building at affordable costs

Esta investigación se centra en edificios residenciales, las edificaciones más comunes y con los mayores impactos ambientales sobre el planeta. Se pretende proyectar una vivienda colectiva, con confort bioclimático para una población en condiciones de vulnerabilidad y escasos recursos, con el fin, no solo de brindarle una vivienda digna, si no, también, de ofrecerles un hábitat sustentable, el cual en un futuro lejano e inmediato no incremente el gasto generado por la alta demanda de consumo de servicios públicos, ya que un edificio mal implantado, con mala orientación, poca protección solar, puede incrementar significativamente el consumo energético por medio de insta-laciones activas. Dicha vivienda también tendrá en cuenta muchos aspectos que ofrece el contexto y las necesidades del mismo usuario, de manera que la edificación responda adecuadamente con los requerimientos específicos de la comunidad, pero a su vez, con las condi-ciones medio ambientales del entorno, brindándole al usuario en última instancia una edificación de bajo consumo a costos asequibles
