Abstract
The present work illustrates the restrictions of access that are currently evident in the Textile Cluster and Fashion Design in Medellín. It also shows the lack of communication and diffusion of the information of the project the in the city, which offers great benefits for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Antioquia belonging to this sector of the economy. At the beginning, the history of business growth and development that the SMEs have had is shown, as the textile sector becomes one of the economic triggers of Antioquia and the Cluster Project as a Business Network is born.

El presente trabajo muestra las limitantes de acceso que actualmente se evidencian en el Clúster textil, diseño y moda de la ciudad de Medellín. De igual forma se identifica la falta de comunicación y transmisión de información referente a este proyecto desarrollado en la ciudad, el cual brinda grandes beneficios para las pequeñas y mediana empresas (Pymes) antioqueñas actuales pertenecientes a este sector de la economía. En inicio se obtiene historia del crecimiento empresarial y desarrollo que han tenido las Pyme, como se convierte el sector textil en uno de los detonantes económicos del departamento de Antioquia y como nace el proyecto Clúster como Red Empresarial
