Abstract
The inquiry that was conducted on the implementation of the strategy of joint called port alliance in the school Liceo Pacific was developed under the parameter descriptive research that allowed gathering factual information to the different actors of the institution in question the method used was the revision of the report delivered by the technical coordinator of the alliance and will also held a personal interview. Similarly, a survey was applied to 17 participants linked to the school and participated in the implementation of the strategy, distributed as follows: four directors (the rector and three coordinators) and 13 teachers. This with the aim of obtaining information that would answer the objectives. In this study were reviewed from the theories of the organization if the structures of the organizations of the allies were fulfilled the theoretical parameters, the same way I was checked from the framework of the principles of the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategies where I realize greater effort to review the implementation was the focus of the work, then the issue of joint education with tertiary education work and the factors affecting the implementation of the joint strategy were identified: • Lack of training to implement the strategy. • Failure to make changes in the structure. • Attitude of managers and teachers
