Abstract
This research exercise, was elaborated to analyze how the pedagogical practices of the Spanish language teacher developed in the school context at Institution Educative Santa Maria de la Cruz. However, from the research process seeks to recognize the importance of practices in the subject of language and its importance in the school setting to reflect about educational practice and can be able to determine what is the impact generated in the academic process of the students. Reflect about the pedagogical practices of the teacher, goes beyond the fulfillment of the institutional requirements but, this permit reflection and transformation of scenarios for the understanding of the knowledge that allows to build new knowledge, so that from the teaching exercise the skills of the students are recognized taking into account that the Spanish language allows to improve language skills, new skills, communicative notions, being and the recognition of realities from the school context

El presente ejercicio investigativo surge a partir de la necesidad de analizar cómo son abordadas las prácticas pedagógicas del maestro de Lengua Castellana en el contexto escolar, tomando como escenario la Institución Educativa Santa María de la Cruz, no obstante, desde el proceso investigativo se busca reconocer la importancia de las prácticas en el área de Lengua y su transcendencia en el escenario escolar para hacer reflexión sobre la praxis educativa y así poder determinar cuál es el impacto que genera ésta en el proceso académico de los estudiantes. entonces pensar en las prácticas del maestro, va más allá del cumplimiento de requerimientos institucionales sino que posibilita la reflexión y transformación de escenarios para la aprensión de conocimientos que permitan construir nuevos saberes, de manera tal que desde el ejercicio docente se reconozcan las habilidades de los educandos, teniendo en cuenta que la Lengua Castellana permite mejorar las habilidades el Lenguaje, nuevas competencias, nociones comunicativas, el ser y el reconocimiento de las realidades desde el contexto escolar
