Abstract
This article allowed delve about the implications on the psyche and behavior of some offenders subject who voluntarily join a state protection program, since it is not payment of the reward or legal benefits, but of existence only other elements of unconscious order to allow the subject radically modify their criminal structure, subject to a number of limitations previously established by law, finding in psychoanalytic theory specific elements that allow us to understand the subject immersed in society and culture knotted the law that links to the categories of law, such as guilt, responsibility and punishment, establishing a direct relationship with the norm, being that it is the fact of being heard beyond the act of ratting, assuming their connection to this such programs not only as an escape from their criminal activities, but as a quest to appear somehow to the Other of law, representing the father, who once failed.

El presente artículo permitió ahondar acerca de las implicaciones en el psiquismo y el comportamiento de algunos sujetos delincuentes que se incorporan voluntariamente a un programa estatal de protección, ya que no solo se trata del pago de la recompensa o los beneficios jurídicos, sino de la existencia de otros elementos de orden inconsciente que permiten que el sujeto modifique radicalmente su estructura delincuencial, sometiéndose a una serie de limitaciones previamente establecidas por la ley, encontrando en la teoría psicoanalítica elementos puntuales que permiten comprender al sujeto inmerso dentro de la sociedad y la cultura anudadas a la ley que lo vincula con las categorías del derecho, como son culpa, responsabilidad y castigo, estableciendo una relación directa con la norma, encontrándose que más allá del acto de delatar, se trata del hecho de hacerse escuchar, asumiendo su vinculación a este tipo de programas no solo como un escape a sus actividades delincuenciales, sino como una búsqueda de comparecer de alguna manera ante el otro de la ley, como representante del padre, que en su momento falló.
