Abstract
The present is a theoretical review article on the concepts of victim and social inclusion, addressed from the normative framework of the Colombian State and from a historical social perspective, with the objective of critically understanding the inclusion of victims illicitly recruited in the Colombian armed conflict. The contextualization of the term victim is carried out from two perspectives that constitute the concept: the juridical perspective that manages to account for the changes that the term has had according to the laws that have been established in the country, and in turn the social perspective, where Address the processes faced by the victim by being placed in this category, identifying how their process of social inclusion to civilian life. The article ends with the conceptualization of the term of victim and social inclusion presented several authors who contribute positions that contribute to the integral understanding of the term generating conceptual and contextual conclusions.

El presente es un artículo de revisión teórica sobre los conceptos víctima e inclusión social, abordados desde el marco normativo del Estado colombiano y desde una perspectiva social histórica, con el objetivo de comprender críticamente la inclusión de las víctimas reclutadas ilícitamente en el conflicto armado colombiano. Se realiza la contextualización del término víctima desde dos perspectivas que constituyen el concepto: la perspectiva jurídica que logra dar cuenta de los cambios que ha tenido el término según las leyes que se han establecido en el país, y a su vez la perspectiva social, donde se abordan los procesos a los que se enfrenta la víctima al estar situado en esta categoría, identificando cómo es su proceso de inclusión social a la vida civil. El artículo finaliza con la conceptualización del término de víctima e inclusión social presentado varios autores que aportan posturas que contribuyen a la comprensión integral del término generando unas conclusiones de índole conceptual y contextual.
