Abstract
This monograph analyzes the strengthening of logistics infraestructure, as a tool to increase the export capacity of the Antioquia Urabá area and thus contribute to the country´s trade balance. Various aspects that make up the central theme are then addressed such as integrated logistics infraestructure, logistics infraestructure in Colombia, port capacity and its articulation with land infraestructure and the logistics performance indexo f Colombia from an economic perspective, taking into account mainly the projects infraestructure that are executed in the country to bet not only on growth, but on development, to be more competitive internationally, reducing the times and costs of logistics operations that are necessary for the exchange of goods and services, and for the development of the regions and the country in general.

En esta monografía se analiza el fortalecimiento de la infraestructura logística, como herramienta para aumentar la capacidad exportadora de la zona del Urabá antioqueño y de esta manera, aportar a la balanza comercial del país. Se abordan entonces varios aspectos que componen el tema central tales como la infraestructura logística integrada, infraestructura logística en Colombia, capacidad portuaria y su articulación con la infraestructura terrestre y el índice de desempeño logístico de Colombia desde una perspectiva económica, teniendo en cuenta principalmente los proyectos de infraestructura que se ejecutan en el país para apostarle no solo al crecimiento, sino al desarrollo, para ser más competitivos a nivel internacional, disminuyendo los tiempos y costos de las operaciones logísticas que son necesarias para el intercambio de bienes y servicios, y para el desarrollo de las regiones y del país en general
