Formación en espacios no escolares: relatos de jóvenes acerca de sus experiencias en el Parque de los Deseos de Medellín

Abstract
When thinking about education in scenarios that are out of the norm, in which intentions can be diffusive, as in a city where so many situations happen by chance, there are questions such as is it possible that the experiences that people have, for example, in a park, let them discover something of themselves or have some deeper understanding about their reality? To answer this question, it is necessary to take into account three aspects: the subjects, the experiences that these subjects have there, and the physical space as the enabler of those experiences. Motivated by this question, this investigative process aims, through a narrative exercise, to approach a reflection associated with the constitution of the subjectivity of young people between the ages of 16 and 18, who have experiences in a city setting. It is, in turn, an opportunity to present practices that can’t be understood by plain sight and corroborate if spaces, such as the ‘Parque de los Deseos' from Medellín, whose purpose is to promote socialization and the appropriation of culture, among others, of the people who live in the commune 4 and the nearby neighborhoods, fulfills its purpose and if, in addition, has other meanings for its visitors. In the same way, this research asks about the practices, preferences and ways of seeing the world of the young people that inhabit the city; it's a possibility to approach them and create strategies more relevant to their upbringing.

Al pensar la educación en escenarios que están por fuera de lo formal, en los que las intencionalidades pueden ser difusas, como en una ciudad donde tantas situaciones ocurren por azar, aparecen preguntas como ¿es posible que las experiencias que tienen las personas, por ejemplo, en un parque, les permitan descubrir algo de sí mismas o tener alguna comprensión sobre su realidad? Para responder este cuestionamiento, es necesario tener en cuenta tres aspectos: los sujetos, las experiencias que tienen esos sujetos allí y el espacio físico como posibilitador de esas experiencias. Motivado por esta pregunta, este proceso investigativo pretende, por medio de un ejercicio narrativo, aproximarse a una reflexión asociada a la constitución de la subjetividad de jóvenes que se encuentran entre los 16 y los 18 años de edad, que tienen experiencias en un espacio de ciudad. Es, a su vez, una oportunidad para dar a conocer prácticas que no es posible comprender a simple vista y corroborar si espacios, como el Parque de los Deseos de Medellín, que tiene como propósito propiciar la socialización y la apropiación de la cultura, entre otros, de las personas que habitan en la comuna 4 y los barrios cercanos, cumple con su propósito y si, además, tiene otras significaciones para sus visitantes.
