Abstract
The student environment for years has been the same, in Cartagena de Indias the school environment in the standard disciplines such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, among others, the panorama is standard, unlike other disciplines such as artistic, physical education and other subjects. that are not contemplated in the educational planes of the educational institutions of the city, although there are schools that include there are others that do not, and usually the less favored are the public institutions, this city being recognized for its cultural and artistic wealth brings that knowledge to all its citizens. Through an exhaustive search it is found that Cartagena does not have teams where its citizens develop their cultural and artistic knowledge and knowledge, and in the area where they should have applied it is not, it should be in institutions, where students and parents of these find spaces in which to develop these activities, generating knowledge and cultural and artistic development, giving citizens opportunities to learn about their culture, appropriate it and have new learning methods, from children to adults.

El ambiente estudiantil por años ha sido el mismo, en Cartagena de indias el ambiente escolar en las disciplinas estándar como lo son matemáticas, física, química entre otras el panorama es estándar, diferencia de otras disciplinas como lo son artística, educación física y otras asignaturas que no son contempladas en los planes educativos de las instituciones educativas de la ciudad, si bien hay escuelas que destacan hay otras que no, y por lo general las poco favorecidas son las instituciones públicas, esta ciudad siendo reconocida por su riqueza cultural y artística no aporta ese saber a todos sus ciudadanos. Mediante una búsqueda exhaustiva se encuentra que Cartagena no cuenta con equipamientos donde sus ciudadanos desarrollen sus conocimientos y saberes culturales y artísticos, y en el área donde debería verse aplicado no lo está, debería ser en las instituciones, donde los estudiantes y padres de estos encuentren espacios en los cuales desarrollar estas actividades, generando conocimiento y desarrollo cultural y artístico, dándole oportunidades a los ciudadanos para conocer su cultura, apropiarse de esta y tener nuevos métodos de aprendizaje, desde los niños hasta los adultos.
