Abstract
Introduction: The fissure lip court is the most common craniofacial congenital anomaly. The children who are born with fissure lip court can turn affected by a combination of facial alterations, the swallowing and disorders of the speech, and several disorders of the dentition and the growth. I target: the paper of the relatives Characterizes in the process of the treatment patients' speech therapy with fissure lip court. Methodology: to elaborate this review of topic there was used a strategy of bibliographical systematized search, by means of electronic, such sources of information as: Science Direct, Scopus, Springer and EBSCO published between the year 2007 and 2017. The key words were taken so much in Spanish as in English using the tesauros MeSH And Decs in Spanish: <<Fissure lip court>>, <<Treatment>>, <<Relatives>>, <(You) <Guide>>, <<Recommendations>> and Englishman: <<Cleft lip and palate>>, <<Treatment>>, <<Family>>, <<Guides>>, <<Recommendations>>. Joined by the Boolean operator (AND). For the selection of the articles the following criteria were defined: 1) That the object of study corresponds to the characterization the paper of the relatives in the process of the patients' treatment with fissure lip court. 2) Designs of investigation corresponding to experimental studies. 3) original Studies. Conclusion: On having finished this article of review there demonstrates the importance of the paper of the relatives in the treatment fonoaudiológico of patients with fissure lip court. In addition the scientific opposing studies demonstrate that when the relatives are included in the process of rehabilitation

Introducción: La fisura labio palatina es la anomalía craneofacial congénita más común. Los niños que nacen con fisura labio palatina pueden verse afectados por una combinación de alteraciones faciales, la deglución y trastornos del habla, y varios trastornos de la dentición y el crecimiento. Objetivo: Caracterizar el papel de los familiares en el proceso del tratamiento fonoaudiológico de pacientes con fisura labio palatina. Metodología: Para elaborar esta revisión de tema se empleó una estrategia de búsqueda bibliográfica sistematizada, por medio de fuentes de información electrónicas, tales como: Science Direct, Scopus, Springer y EBSCO publicados entre el año 2007 y 2017. Fueron tomadas las palabras clave tanto en español como en ingles utilizando los tesauros MeSH Y Decs en español: <<Fisura labio palatina>>, <<Tratamiento>>, <<Familiares>>, <<Guías>>, <<Recomendaciones>> e Inglés: <<Cleft lip and palate>>, <<Treatment>>, <<Family>>, <<Guides>>, <<Recommendations>>. Unidas por el operador booleano (AND). Para la selección de los artículos se definieron los siguientes criterios: 1) Que el objeto de estudio corresponda a la caracterización el papel de los familiares en el proceso del tratamiento de pacientes con fisura labio palatina. 2) Diseños de investigación correspondientes a estudios experimentales. 3) Estudios originales. Conclusión: Al terminar este artículo de revisión se demuestra la importancia del papel de los familiares en el tratamiento fonoaudiológico de pacientes con fisura labio palatina. Además los estudios científicos encontrados evidencian que cuando se incluye a los familiares en el proceso de rehabilitación y estos realizan adecuadamente los talleres de intervención se obtienen los resultados esperados.
