Abstract
The Rural Planning Unit in the Municipality of Chorrera is an instrument of territorial planning whose main objective is the organization of the territory based on citizen participation strategies. The RPU will have annotations of land use, architectural design of the edge of the stream that, in turn, will have projects focused on entertainment and recreation areas as well as specific architectural projects that will intensify the culture and traditions of the municipality, as well as promoting the tourism in the area. This project is based on an in-depth analysis of the territory, its surroundings and the community, carried out through cartography and conceptual models that helped the community to have communication mechanisms, in order to propose ideas for the development of their territory. The RPU wants to achieve a connection at the subregional level with the municipalities and neighboring districts and a collective development where the potential of the Corregimiento is exploited.

La Unidad de Planificación Rural en el Corregimiento de Chorrera es un instrumento de planificación territorial que tiene como principal objetivo la organización del territorio a partir de estrategias de participación ciudadana. La UPR contará con fichas de uso del suelo, diseño arquitectónico del borde del arroyo que a su vez, tendrá proyectos enfocados a zonas de esparcimiento y recreación así como proyectos arquitectónicos puntuales que intensificaran la cultura y las tradiciones del Corregimiento, además de fomentar el turismo en la zona. Este proyecto se apoya en un profundo análisis del territorio, sus alrededores y la comunidad, realizado por medio de cartografía y maquetas conceptuales que ayudaron a la comunidad a tener mecanismos de comunicación, para así proponer ideas para el desarrollo de su territorio. La UPR desea lograr una conexión a nivel subregional con los municipios y corregimientos vecinos y un desarrollo colectivo donde se aprovechen las potencialidades del corregimiento.
