La danza es un lenguaje que comunica a través de movimientos anatómicos, un discurso, atiborrado de gestos, conmociones y emociones, la función de esta es expresar lo que pasa en el interior, y por este motivo se podría llamar danza, a los procesos vitales que ocurren en el interior del cuerpo humano, tales como la respiración, el intercambio gaseoso, los millones de álveos vibrantes al paso del carbono y oxígeno, al igual que los movimientos del corazón, con la sangre, el líquido que baila en todas las pistas entendidos como sistemas del cuerpo humano, también las contracciones que realiza nuestra cavidad anal a la hora de salir un gas, imagina, tus músculos en un movimiento integral para darle paso al solo del bailarín ,que invadirá todo un escenario, y como esos ejemplos inmensidades existen en nuestro interior ,es preciso afirmar que somos una creación danzante por naturaleza. El expresionismo dancístico revuelve la conformidad preestablecida, lo que se inscribe en la forma con ferocidad y rareza, es lo afilado, rasgado. Sus temas son: la demencia, la reproducción, la representación del doble, la ferocidad, erótica y básica, el pánico, una mueca sin pudor, la conmoción de la gran urbe, la muerte. Lo más significativo es el aspecto de las cosas resultan de los sentimientos, lo añadido a la realidad de la expresión personal; es importante la técnica en danza, para poder comunicar claramente desde la expresión.
