Abstract
This research, search to analyze the influence of the paternal function on young people with high use of social networks. A clinical design will be used through the case study, with the hermeneutical psychoanalytical foundation, of qualitative type, since it is intended to understand and identify, what are the characteristics of the phenomenon that is attempted to study. In this case it will be about those young people with high use of social networks; situation that directly affects its relationship with the external world and its object relations .The reasons are multitudinous and do not occupy the central axis within this research, what takes on a real importance is to know what are the characteristics of the paternal function in these young people. The chosen participants will be five young people, with characteristics of a high use of the social networks, in the first instance they are required to score severe on the screening test. The instruments to be used in this research are semi-structured open interview, the application of two tests of projective type, Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), Drawing of the Corman Family Test, and the instrument Internet Addiction Test (IAT), with which it is tried to obtain the necessary information to reach the objectives of this investigation.

Esta investigación, busca analizar cuál es la influencia de la función paterna en jóvenes con uso elevado de las redes sociales. Se empleará un diseño clínico mediante el estudio de caso, con la fundamentación psicoanalítica hermenéutica, de tipo cualitativo, ya que se pretende comprender e identificar, cuales son las características del fenómeno que se intenta estudiar. En este caso se tratará sobre aquellos jóvenes con uso elevado de las redes sociales; Situación que afecta directamente en su vinculación con el mundo externo y sus relaciones objétales. Las razones son multitudinarias y no ocupan el eje central dentro de esta investigación, lo que cobra una real importancia es conocer cuáles son las características de la función paterna en estos jóvenes. Las participantes escogidos serán cinco jóvenes, con características de un uso elevado de las redes sociales. En primera instancia se requiere que puntúen severo en la prueba de tamizaje. Los instrumentos a utilizar en esta investigación, son: entrevista abierta semiestructurada, la aplicación de dos test de tipo proyectivo, test de Apercepción Temática (TAT), test del dibujo de la familia de Corman, L. y el instrumento Internet Addiction Test (IAT), con los que se pretende conseguir la información necesaria para alcanzar los objetivos de esta investigación.
