This article is a result of research on the construction of resilience and the meaning of the experience of displacement in four displaced indigenous adolescents from the department of Cauca, Colombia, and part of the Cabildo Nasa Uka Wesx Thaj, located on the southwest side of the City of Santiago de cali. The research is qualitative with a hermeneutical approach, allowed to understand how adolescents, build resilience and what are the meanings attributed to the experience of being displaced, through participatory workshops and semi-structured interviews. The results were analyzed from an ethnographic perspective and from social constructionism, where from the resilience, the adolescents highlight internal resources such as humor, creativity and the search for social support against situations that they consider negative, and support in external resources Psychosocial, such as family, community and ethnic culture; With respect to the way in which they assume the experience of displacement, from the perspective of social constructionism, they pointed out, on the one hand, that they do not subjectively position themselves from the place of "victims" that can give rise to the experience of being displaced , But they assume it as an opportunity to know and transform what they brought from their place of origin, putting it in dialogue with the current context, finally, that the relational bonds they have built are a possibility to weave resilience and to construct new meanings in their lives.

El presente artículo es resultado de la investigación sobre construcción de resiliencia y el significado de la experiencia del desplazamiento, en cuatro adolescentes indígenas desplazadas del departamento del Cauca, Colombia y parte del Cabildo Nasa Uka Wesx Thaj, asentado en la ladera suroccidental de la Ciudad de Santiago de Cali. La investigación es cualitativa con un enfoque hermenéutico, permitió comprender cómo las adolescentes, construyen resiliencia y cuáles son los significados atribuidos a la experiencia del ser desplazado, a través de talleres participativos y entrevista semiestructurada. Los resultados se analizaron desde una perspectiva etnográfica y del construccionismo social, en donde desde la resiliencia, las adolescentes destacan recursos internos como el humor, la creatividad y la búsqueda de apoyo social frente a situaciones que ellas consideran negativas, y el apoyo en recursos externos psicosociales, como la familia, su comunidad y cultura étnica; con respecto a la manera como se asumen frente a la experiencia del desplazamiento, desde la perspectiva del construccionismo social, ellas dieron cuenta, por un lado, que no se posicionan subjetivamente desde el lugar de “victimas” que puede suscitar la experiencia del ser desplazado, sino que lo asumen como oportunidad de conocer y transformar lo que traían aprendido de su lugar de origen, poniéndolo en dialogo con el contexto actual, finalmente, que los vínculos relacionales que han construido son una posibilidad para tejer resiliencia y para construir nuevos sentidos en sus vidas.
