Abstract
The present investigation will carry out an analysis of the Conceptions of primary school teachers regarding the use of ICT in the teaching and learning process and how they influence their pedagogical work. Therefore, its main objective is: to unveil the Conceptions of the teachers of the primary basic educational level of the IECPM, against the use of ICT in the teaching and learning process, addressed from a He designed the methodological, exploratory, a mixed approach, of nonexperimental, descriptive design, in which thirty-eight people participated, consisting of two researchers, 36 teachers; 30 women and 6 men. 32 of these belong to the primary basic level. In addition, the use of methodological techniques and instruments allowed obtaining the goals proposed in this research. The research carried out in the IECPM allowed to identify conceptions of their teachers about the use of ICT in their teaching and learning process, mostly attached to traditional educational practices due to the lack of knowledge in their management or apathy that they manifested towards these technologies . Based on the results obtained in the research, it is possible to think about the need to implement a teacher training plan in the ICTs that allows to potentiate the teaching-learning activities in the educational institution according to the dynamics, culture and peculiarities of this.

La presente investigación permitió realizar un análisis de las Concepciones de los maestros de básica primaria frente al uso de las Tic en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje y como estas influyen en su quehacer pedagógico. Dando cumplimiento al objetivo principal: develar las concepciones de los maestros del nivel educativo básica primaria de la I.E.C.P.M, frente al uso de las Tic en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. El diseño, y la metodología utilizada son de carácter exploratorio, un enfoque mixto, de diseño no experimental, descriptivo. La población se conformó por treinta y ocho personas, dos investigadores, 36 maestros; 30 mujeres y 6 hombres. 32 de estos pertenecen al nivel de la básica primaria. Además, se emplearon técnicas e instrumentos metodológicos que permitieron alcanzar las metas propuestas en esta investigación. La investigación realizada en la I.E.C.P.M permitió identificar concepciones de sus maestros sobre el uso de las Tic en su proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, aferrados en su mayoría a las prácticas educativas tradicionales debido al poco conocimiento en su manejo o apatía que manifestaron tener hacia estas tecnologías. Con base en los resultados arrojados en la investigación se puede pensar en la necesidad de implementar un plan de formación docente en las Tic que permita potencializar las actividades de enseñanza aprendizaje en la institución educativa acorde a las dinámicas, cultura y peculiaridades de esta.
