La presente investigación describe la incidencia de la construcción de la imagen de un padre ausente en las relaciones afectivas y en la autoestima de dos jóvenes universitarias de la ciudad de Cali. Método: El tipo de diseño de esta investigación es cualitativa, teniendo como propósito lograr responder a la pregunta de investigación, así como al cumplimiento de objetivos y someter a prueba las hipótesis planteadas. Además, es transversal, caracterizándose por realizar la recolección de datos en un único momento, y de tipo hermenéutico, ya que se optará por lo interpretativo. Resultados: lo que se encontró, da cuenta de una influencia de la ausencia del padre, sobre diferentes aspectos de la vida de sus hijas, ya que han logrado dejar sentimientos de culpa, ira, soledad y baja autoestima, influyendo así en la elección de sus parejas sentimentales, ya que han estado llenas de maltrato, engaño y sufrimiento. Discusión: respecto a lo que se logró conectar con los teóricos, nutrió de gran manera la investigación, ya que se encontró que la ausencia de la imagen de un padre simbólico, puede afectar en el límite de goce destructivo en la vida de los hijos, por lo tanto también este abandono de una figura tan importante culturalmente hablando, dejó una sensación de soledad, generando así que reproduzcan relaciones orientadas por patrones tóxicos que observaron en sus madres con sus parejas, y por su baja autoestima, respecto al poco merecimiento, elijan parejas que tengan características de esa imagen de padre que construyeron, generando así dependencia y adicción respecto al goce destructivo que representan sus relaciones.
Abstract
Introduction: The present investigation describes the incidence of the construction of the image of an absent father in the affective relationships and self-esteem of two young university students from the city of Cali. Method: The type of design of this research is qualitative, with the purpose of achieving the answer to the research question, as well as the fulfillment of objectives and testing the hypotheses. In addition, it is transversal, characterized by performing data collection in a single moment, and of a hermeneutic type, since it will opt for the interpretative. Results: what was found, accounts for an influence of the absence of the father, on different aspects of the life of his daughters, since they have managed to leave feelings of guilt, anger, loneliness and low self- esteem, thus influencing the choice of their romantic partners, since they have been full of mistreatment, deceit and suffering. Discussion: regarding what it was possible to connect with theorists, it greatly nourished the research, since it was found that the absence of the image of a symbolic father can affect the limit of destructive enjoyment in the lives of children, therefore also this abandonment of such an important figure culturally speaking, left a feeling of loneliness, thus causing them to reproduce relationships oriented by toxic patterns that they observed in their mothers' relationships with their partners, and by their low self-esteem, regarding the little deservedness Choose couples that have characteristics of that father image that they built, thus generating dependence and addiction with respect to the destructive enjoyment that their relationships represent.
