Abstract
The Work of Knowledge raises the human understanding teacher and a teacher from a glance at the pedagogical relationship as meeting established in the classroom. It is presented as a communicative commitment and openness to new possibilities of thought, understandings, demonstrations and looks at what everyday turns easily and naturally, allowing the work place as a qualitative research. The paths and ways that are built are the result of emerging possibilities in a rack where the look and narrated allows meeting (s) with the other and himself. This work is built with autoecobiográfico and founded epistemic contribution from a theoretical conceptualization, and the contributions of knowledge and feelings of teachers and students of School Mayor of Yumbo, located in the municipality of Yumbo, Valle del Cauca, Colombia.

La Obra de Conocimiento plantea la comprensión del ser humano maestro y maestra desde una mirada a la relación pedagógica, como encuentro que se establece en el aula. Es presentada como una apuesta comunicativa y la apertura hacia nuevas posibilidades de pensamiento, comprensiones, movilizaciones y miradas ante lo que fácilmente se vuelve cotidiano y natural, lo que permite ubicar la obra como una investigación de tipo cualitativo. Los trayectos y sentidos que se construyen son el resultado de las posibilidades emergentes en un trasegar, donde el mirarse y narrarse permite encuentro(s) con el otro y consigo mismo. Esta obra se construye con el aporte autoecobiográfico y epistémico fundado desde una conceptualización teórica, y los aportes de saberes y sentires de docentes y estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Mayor de Yumbo, ubicada en el Municipio de Yumbo, Valle del Cauca, Colombia.
