Abstract
This article bases its thesis on the discussion that the conception of subject from the psychoanalysis is an ethical position. The philosophical tradition of thinkers such as Socrates, Descartes and Kant are addressed to a thought that determines a specific way to proceed to develop knowledge. This logic is the base for the rational/positivist paradigm that leads the line towards the scientific method which defines the valid or no valid, the bad or good and the reliability in the interest of knowledge. The field of social relations is not exempt from this logic, the morals and all their rules, principles and values state a specific way to proceed that determines the bad or good and engraves every subject in a truth that constitutes his/her subjectivity. It is here where I propose to argue the ethical dimension of the psychoanalysis in the way that if the ethics is external to what is being established and focuses on thinking of what has been established, with Freud another perspective to conceive the subject would be opened, a perspective in which the rationality is not precisely the purpose of the human well/being. The Subject of the unconscious is being reinvented every time each subject finds him/herself with one’s own truth. From this perspective there is not one truth but truths. In this way, the psychoanalysis goes beyond the Morals to find the indefinable space of the Ethics.

El presente artículo fundamenta el argumento que la concepción de sujeto desde el psicoanálisis es postura Ética. La tradición filosófica de pensadores como Sócrates, Descartes, y Kant son apuesta de una forma de pensamiento que determina un recto proceder para el desarrollo del conocimiento. Dicha lógica es el sentido base del paradigma Racional/positivista que será la línea del método científico que define lo valido no valido, lo bueno/malo y la confiabilidad del interés de conocimiento. El ámbito de las relaciones sociales no está exento de mencionada lógica, la Moral con su conjunto de normas, principios y valores instituye un recto proceder que determina lo bueno/malo e inscribe al sujeto en una verdad instituyente de subjetividad. Es en este punto en donde propongo argumentar la dimensión Ética del psicoanálisis pues si la Ética es ajena a lo instituyente y propia de pensar lo instituido, con Freud se abre una nueva mirada de sujeto en donde la racionalidad no es precisamente el Telos del Bien/estar de lo Humano. El sujeto del inconsciente se escapa del sujeto de la moral/Racionalidad que define verdad, el sujeto del inconsciente se reinventa con cada sujeto que se encuentra con su verdad. Desde esta mirada no hay verdad sino verdades. De esta manera con el psicoanálisis se trasciende el territorio de la moral para el encuentro del espacio indefinible de la Ética.
